Great place to buy a pricy watch. Knowledgeable and high volume. Great selection.

As soon as I stepped foot into the store, without even a simple hello, the first question the sales rep asked is, "what's your price range?"  That's all I needed to hear.  I left the store and ordered the Breitling I wanted from Amazon.  Interactions like these are why 'brick &mortar' stores are going out of business and snooty sales reps are being replaced by iPads.

Overpriced, commissioned sales people, poor return policy, terrible customer service...need I say more.

Now two months later and the above issue is still unresolved!!!!! After countless phone calls with UPS and American Express - Tourneau now insists that I am still liable for the nearly $4000 charge for a watch that I NEVER RECEIVED!!! They insist that they got a new watch for me as a replacement and tried to call me about it - but this is a blatant LIE. Of course I wanted my watch! Why would I just leave it at the store if they had notified me about it! They either lied to Amex about trying to contact me, or clearly had the wrong number for me meanwhile Amex and UPS had no problems staying in touch with me about the situation. I wonder who they were calling?? And now they claim "Oops! You can only make returns within 7 days! So its too late now...Too bad for you!!" When it took them nearly a MONTH to (supposedly) get me another watch for me to return anyway!! 

And the employees who answer the phone still don't know how to pronounce the name of the store. That is, WHEN they actually pick up the phone!

What has happened to customer service these days?? Sad....
