Wouldn't even give one star but zero wasn't  an option. The sales women that was helping me was beyond rude. By rolling her eyes at me when I asked to see another charm and when I took my braclet off she said I was going to break it and how it gave her anxiety and all I can say is she is the nastiest women I've ever met!!! She wasn't even helpful!!! Never want to shop here again. Taking my money elsewhere ...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! They refused to let me exchange a gift with the gift receipt because it was later than 60 days.....EVERY other store in America allows exchanges....it is 2014!!!!  I would NEVER buy a gift from  there EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
