It is awesome. The lady had great patience with me, writing on paper. I am deaf.  It was cold, when it was done. I felt so good, I can feel my muscle calves different. I hope no cramp tonight.  I will go back for 2 sessions.

Made my first visit yesterday and loved it!! Taylor was super friendly and knowledgeable about the treatment process. Place was very clean and open. The room that had the cryotherapy machine was spacious and very clean as well. The spa provided robes, socks, gloves and slippers. The whole experience was only about 3 minutes long and Taylor was there to keep me company and talk to me throughout the therapy. It was cold but not unbearable. I would recommend anyone to try at least once. Definitely a great experience overall.

just left my first session! Truly amazed! Energy and mood are lifted and all pain and inflammation I was feeling after starting a new workout this week has been relieved! Can't wait to come back!

Had a great experience with this spa treatment.  The staff is very friendly and I am looking forward to future treatments.  The long term benefits of this type of treatment seems encouraging for reducing inflammation and pain management.
