Wow, what a terrible company and terrible people.  This is my first negative reivew.   Never answered any emails and returned any calls.  Stay away from these people, they have no idea how to do business.  If John answers the phone, make sure to ask for somebody else.  I talked to John and he put me on hold and then never came back to answer the phone.  I call back and the receptionist puts me on hold for another 5 minutes to tell me that he's still on the phone.  Well why didn't he tell me that earlier when he was talking to me?  What kind of people do that?

Customer service was five stars. I spoke to a young lady called Victoria and she was able to help through the process and was very knowledgeable of the company's mission. Thank you for a stress free consultation!
