This place is horrible, save yourself the headache and find a better place that's cheaper and had better customer service. If I could count the amount of times that the lady in this place pissed me off it is more than anyone can spare. Do yourself a favor and don't come here.

I literally use this please everyday for business. I wouldn't go anywhere else. As a local public figure i encourage everyone to check out Lakes Postal for all their services! 💪🏼

Great customer service! But very misjudged and people need to understand that this is a private business, and if they don't like the prices they could leave. I've personally seen the staff get mistreated and insulted for something they cannot control.

The lady there is extremely rude. Went in because I wanted to rent a mailbox for my business. She sees us approach the counter and walks away. Comes back 5 mins later, no friendliness at all, and responded the few questions I asked like if we were in an argument. "What about it" is not the way you respond when someone asks you what's included in a particular rental package.
How can a business survive with such lack of customer service? Taking my business somewhere else. Who wants to interact with these people on a daily basis!!

They are not punctual I waited for them to open up at 8 a.m. and they simply were not in sight
