I have been to this store MANY times. As a matter of fact, its the only Vape shop i go to in Wytheville. The Staff is ALWAYS kind, helpful and Knowledgeable. I have never had any issues with customer service. Pat, Ryan, Griff, Josh, James, and Ricky have worked there for a long time and know what they are talking about. If Chris Jones had an issue, its probably because he was being rude. They carry the best hardware and juices in the area. Prices are spot on.
