They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. They told me one thing on the phone and then when I get to the store it was a totally different story. Then when I told them I wasn’t leaving until they solved an issue they started over 2 years ago and I’ve been battling every since they threatened to call the police! I have never dealt with people that are this ridiculous in my life. I transferred to Sprint two years ago and they were supposed to buy out my contract. I turned in my phone and never received the Visa card for it. Two years later and 2 hours on the phone and I finally got the issue resolved without any assistance from the store. I feel they just didn’t want to do their job and I will never step foot back into that store again!
