Portions of food are large. The rolls were good but it seemed like they had been frozen then thawed as mine was cold in the middle but nicely warn outside. I ordered the fried seafood platter. It didn’t have much flavor unless you put tartar sauce or ketchup on it. Also all the food was soggy on the bottom. The service was ok but nothing special. Salad bar was ok though I would have preferred to see more standard salad toppings and less salad mixtures (potato salad pudding coleslaw etc).

We were in for breakfast one Sunday morning.  I had the "deluxe" which included two eggs, one portion each of ham, sausage and bacon, home fries or hash browns and toast.  It was very good.  I choose the hash browns (ordered them crisp) and they were great.  The place is clean, the staff is friendly and there seems to be ample parking.

Just a bit of history... 
This place was previously called Rissers and was owned by Ernie Risser who was known for his Pennsylvania Dutch cooking.  That didn't appeal to us, so we never stopped in.  Ernie died a few years back, and the new owners renamed it "Blue Star."  We learned that Blue Star was the original name from many years before Risserd. So it is a return to the original name.

The salad bar wasn't fresh and the entre was just warmed up from what I could tell.
