Two Words: Absolutely Horrible!!! I am highly offended by the rudeness and lack of customer service at this location! I ordered a pizza over the phone which was the routine phone number, order, and name process followed by them giving me my total and read information back to me to confirm....long story short, my husband went to pick it up and "our order didn't exist" according to the employee that confronted my him rudely. I called the exact number back to see if I indeed called the right one initially and what do you know I DID call the one I intended They continued to be disgustingly rude to me claiming it was somehow my fault they lost my order and then HUNG UP ON ME! The worst part is that the manager is the one that I was talking to. Complete lack of professionalism! I am a business owner and if my employees lacked customer service like this crew did they would all be fired! Good thing Tony's Pizza, that is just up the street from this Pizza Hut, is professional and kind to their customers! I placed an order there and had no problem retrieving my request.

I have placed many orders at this location and have not had a problem with any of them. I have picked up and had delivery.
