I'm from the Wisconsin northwoods; besides a brief wait for service, I was extremely pleased with my stay. 
Excellent customer service,  at night the manager was walking about, asking guests if they needed help, etc... I felt the location was quite secure under the staff's eyes. 
Further I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room itself, they offered smoking and non - smoking (I took a non) the room smelled pleasant, came with microwave, fridge/freezer, bug free, and best yet, it was in my considerably strained budget!

My stay here made my hellish trip to Chicago , whereas I swore I'd never come back, a bit more enjoyable, and if future trips come my way,  I'll definitely come back here again!

Very Clean Rooms. The new updated rooms are very nice and comfortable and clean. reasonably priced. staff is so nice housekeeping staff are wonderful and i cant say anything bad about this place except its not a party hotel. jacuzzi rooms are great the tropical room makes you feel like your in hawaii

It was an okay place , it use to be way better . It's not so much the staff there but it's more the people that stay there . They don't know how to act .

It is almost a really really nice motel. My boyfriend and I stayed in the Romance Whirlpool Room. I had actually wanted the cheaper room, but they cut me a discount on this one. They didn't have to do that, which was nice. The room was pretty awesome. It has a steam sit-down shower. It has 2 seats. It has a huge Whirlpool and a comfy bed. The bed is way nicer in the Romance Room than the Regular Room. Also, there is a stereo, which can be hooked up to your music device. It plays music in the shower! You are provided with a microwave, mini fridge, and DVD player. It was fantastic. 

I am giving this place 4 stars because of the deco and overall feel of the place. Despite the nice room, there is an aura of sexual debochery in this place. People seem to sneak around. But, the front desk people are very nice. The deco is bland. I bet if they spruce it up a bit they would get more business. Also, the toilet paper was terrible. The toilet paper was really the worst thing about the motel. 

Come here. It's great. You'll enjoy it.
