Service desk lady was great. Room had bugs in it. Only 1 large towel even though there were 2 adults. Towels were very rough. Price was good. Stay was pleasant. Room was quiet. Hairs (that weren't ours) in the shower and sink before use. Beard hair for sure when we were both women.

The girl at the front desk ( I couldn't read the name on her badge) was extremely friendly and helpful, explaining check out time and when coffee would be available in the lobby area. She was there when we checked in at 7:30pm and was called back in that morning and checked us out at 8:00am, still pleasant. I forgot something in the room, not a problem, she gave me a key to go back in to retrieve the forgotten eye drops. The rooms smelled clean and the linens were fresh and crisp. Nice size TV. The only problem we had was neither receptacle on the side walls of the room worked. Also, the receptacle that the nightstand lamp plugged into ( only one side worked ) so our cell phones did not charge through the night and we woke up to dead phones. Thankfully we had car chargers, as the MAP we were using to get to Chicago was on the cell phone. Room  # 322 in case you wanted a maintenance man to check them out. Overall, we had a nice stay. Next time we head to Chicago we will be sleeping over in the Peaceful little town of Bridgeview, be sure to leave the light on for us.

The bed at this place was extremely comfortable. It was nice an clean the 3rd shift front desk girl is so nice and cheerful. The only bad thing is i couldnt get a extra blanket or pillow. :-(

good service nice lobby great area great customer service, love the from desk representatives and the manager Antrone.  I had a issue when i came in at first the room i requested was gone. He then helped me out with a great alternative . Next time i am in town i will be staying her if around the area.

I will never stay here again. I mean I've never in my life seen bed bugs until I came here. There were so many bed bugs in my room that I was afraid to sit down. The guy work night shift name Jorge toyed to help me the best he could. He told me he couldn't give me another room because of reservations. I think that is crazy. I will never stop here and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. But they switched my room
