Had two rear windshield wipers ripped off from this place.  The first time I knew something was wrong because I heard something snap, I stopped and told the manager. He did offer to pay for the replacement - said once I had it replaced to send him the invoice. I just went ahead and did it myself, since it was under $20. However months later it ripped that one of too! Needless to say I will not be going back there. This has never happened anywhere else.

I've been to Blue Valley Express several times and have always been pleased with friendliness of the staff and the quality of the car wash. They have someone who sprays your car by hand on the way in and free vacuums at the end. This car wash is always very clean and well maintained and I would definitely recommend it.

The gentleman that does the prewash does a great and thorough job!  9/5/17. I've had him a few times now and he really takes the time when he can (not during crazy peak hours) it's just nice to have my car washed well as the bugs seem to stick!

I go the Blue Valley Express weekly and I had a good experience. I'm disable and a older black gentleman always help vaccum my car and put the tire shine on for me.
