Just purchased a new black Lexus from Hendrick  Lexus. The car was fully detailed when I purchased the car, and today was my very first car wash. I should have read the reviews. I have countless scratches all over the paint. The young guy in charge was semi-professional in dealing with my complaint but the "it isn't my fault" line was used over and over.  He handed me a free car wash gift card which is ironic. Do you seriously think I would return to the place that caused damage to the car. The car was brand new and now it has countless scratches all over the car. I just recently called to ask for a refund and he said, "if you return the gift card I will refund your money"... I am never one to review a business and this may be my 2nd or 3rd time ever leaving a review but I do feel my experience is worth sharing so others don't have the same experience. Be warned....

CAUTION:  AVOID THIS PLACE!!! My brand Ford F-150 Platinum shiny-new black truck is scratched!!! It’s about a 12” scratch on the hood...the scratch follows the exact same pattern as the car wash brushes that slosh along the hood.  The manager, Dave Miller, denies & refuses to own-up to it. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Very neat car wash. I like how they have a drive-up kiosk where you pick and choose your wash and proceed to conveyor. For just $15 you get the works. Today was my very first visit and it was very busy but I was in and out in no time. The only problem I had was that my car wasn’t completely spotless and my tires looked a bit dull but I’ll definitely be back in the future.

I visited for the first time today, yes, a busy Sunday. The people there were really nice. The facility is a bit small to handle it's business, and I don't like how it's awkward to wait for a vacuum, in the case they are all full. I paid $15 for the top wash. My tires were incredibly dull, but I feel like I got all the waxes and things. I approached an employee and asked him about this, since I stood for about 5 mins waiting for help after pushing the button. He said it depends on how wide my car is. I guess. That should be fixed. There also wasn't a complimentary mat cleaning station, as shown on the website. That kind of sucked, since that and the price were major draws to that particular location. All in all, I feel like I should have just paid the $6. I did notice everyone else's tires looking dull, after they dried.

Having the same issue Jacob  Reaney is having!! Car wash left multiple scratches on our truck. Went to report it and had to go back for them to look at it!! Very disappointed the management doesn’t take complaints seriously!! This happened at the car wash they are responsible for! Make the phone call fix this! We have the monthly membership and love everything else about the wash. Hopefully this will get resolved so we can enjoy the wash without it damaging our truck.
