Update: they asked me to come again and made my car perfect this time. Great customer service and staffs. Revising  my ratings. 

Did a whole car wash option today. Internal vacuum is not done good . I can see lot of dust and Hairs in my front and rear seats. I Logged complained to manager and they promised me that it will be cleaned well in 5day guarantee. 
I wish I could have seen the review before wasting money here.

Paid 35 dollars for the 'whole thing' after a family road trip and the interior wasn't wiped down at all.

1st time, not busy at all and they were done in 15 minutes. I got the "whole thing" and was completely satisfied with how well they cleaned my car. I would highly recommend this location.

Waste of MONEY and TIME! I would give 0 if I could. They don't clean at all. I have been several times there and each time I thought it was just once or they might forget something but each time was awful. I could see literally the stuffs that have not been vacuumed at all. So do not waste your MONEY!

The wash took a very long time and when I got back to the car they hadn't vacuumed or thrown out empty cups from the cup holders or trash from a trash bag.  Everything was dumped onto the seats.  To make matters worse, they uninstalled the car seats for my kids and didn't mention this to me.  If I hadn't noticed, I would not have known.  Waste of my time and money.
