My experience with BluePearl on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road was an emergency visit with my 15 year old cat on Thanksgiving morning. She had a stroke and was critical when I arrived.

All of the staff including office personnel, vet techs, and the Veterinarian were very kind, compassionate, and professional.  

I believe the Veterinarian was named Sequoia.  She explained everything very throughly, giving me plenty of time to ask questions.

I was told to take as much time as I needed before she was put to sleep which I took advantage of.  I was sitting in the exam room holding my cat when it was time to get started. I asked the vet if I should put my cat on the exam table.  She said that if I preferred, I could keep holding and loving on her while she gave her the medication. She'd do it in whatever way I was most comfortable.
She was so comforting as my precious baby crossed rainbow bridge. She then asked me if I'd like more time alone with her before I left and again, to take as much time as I needed. 

This was on Thanksgiving day, so obviously all of these people were away from their families to be available for people like me for our pet children.

For this Thanksgiving day I am so sad that I had to say goodbye to my kitty. But, I am also very thankful for this wonderful crew!

Every person there offered their condolences as I was leaving. They all made such a huge difference to me on such a sad day.

Our family came to BluePearl Vet on 2 separate occasions, but if you read nothing else read this: There is literally no better vet facility than BluePearl.  Willing to fight anyone that says otherwise.

Our dog was diagnosed with oral melanoma and Blue Pearl happened to be the facility we were referred to see a dog oncologists.  She was more than anyone could ask for; great bedside manner, more than knowledgeable, understandable of relationship between owner and dog (aka doesn't push her opinion on you).  Was very patient about answering our questions and understood that finances is an important consideration as well.  

Came to BluePearl the second time because the tumor had complicated other organ systems at 3am, and this was the closest vet in my area.  The ultimate result was that we had to say goodbye to our family dog of 15 years, and blue pearl could not have been more caring, understanding, and helpful in every facet of the words.  They went above and beyond to make sure that both my dog and I were comfortable with our decision as well as the entire procedure.  Their patience and compassion were beyond anything I could have asked for in that scenario.  This is a secondary consideration but they also don't hide costs like many vets can do.  They are sincerely there for the best interest of the pet and their owner, and it is evident by how they conduct their profession.

3. Their priority is in the best interest of the pet and their owner.

They were terrible. Ran many tests charged me a lot of money with no results & were very rude. They cared more to charge me money than they did to help my dog.

Expensive, but good. Expect proficiency, not good bed-side manner. The staff know what they are doing but may not have the time to hold your hand. For 24hr stay and treatment for a snake bite on a 15lbs Chihuahua the total bill was $1,200. Happy customer. We will use BluePearl services again.
