I done a lot of shopping before deciding to purchase a new Specialized Sport from Blues Bike. Mark and all the staff are great. Had some issues with the bike right off the start, Mark, the owner contacted Specialized, after a few trips the problem was nearly 100% resolved. I still need to go by sometime at Marks request and have it tuned one more time. When shopping for bikes, I wasn't looking at price as much as I was feeling out the staff and different bike shops. They are great. Their prices was great also, but I could tell I would get good customer service just by making several trips in there to look for a bike. I'm glad I did! If you want to be taken care of after the sell, don't shop anywhere else. Please don't go South to larger bike shops. You'll be disappointed by high prices and lack of knowledge and concern -- **Shop At Blues ** Great people, I'll be back!

Love this bike shop. Very knowledgeable. Trustworthy. Never try to to sell you up. Fun to be around.
