I called to ask if they sold a certain tool. When I tried to explain to him what I needed, he interrupted me to tell me he didn't care about what I was telling him. He had a specific question. 
This shop is friggin boutique single speeds and skinny jeans. Good luck staying relevant.

Dave is a mean and disrespectful person. My wife wanted to have some maintenance work done on a bike she's had from childhood. He insulted my wife for still having it and said it would be a waste of time to repair it. My wife is a very sweet person and was very upset by his rude, obnoxious and abrasive behavior. We left after Dave made it apparent he was not interested in our business. Do not see Dave or Waldo Bikes for anything, unless you want to be insulted and made to feel stupid!

Since City Bikes isn't around downtown anymore, Waldo Bikes is one of the top three best in area.

I had a great experience with Waldo Bikes ! I don't generally write reviews but I saw some unfavorable ones so I had to share my experience. I bought a used bike from the shop and it has been a dream I ride it every day with no problems. I took in my bike for an issue with the gears and the owner fixed it at no cost.
