We've been here 3 times (don't ask) and each time we've been so impressed with the staff and service. They are so knowledgeable and caring. You can tell they really care about your animal and provide a calming atmosphere. We've seen Dr. Jones, Dr. Johnson, and Dr. Miller and they were all great. Prices were reasonable for an ER visit.

If I could give this place more stars I would! We brought our dog in Sunday night because he had a seizure. The front office lady (Her name started with a D I think) was exceptional! I have never met a more friendly receptionist! They immediately took him back. Did blood work, and a physical exam. The vet came out and we talked. She recommended keeping him overnight to watch for more seizures. Doctor Jones was phenomenal with him and so was I believe she was a vet tech. . Now our dog has fear aggression toward strangers (more men strangers but still some with females) and I was weary about leaving him with them overnight. He showed no signs of aggression while they were handling him which I mainly attributed towards him still being a bit out of it from the seizure. I had absolutely no need to be weary though, they assured me they could handle him. I came in the morning to pick him up and Doctor Jones brought him unmuzzled out to me feeding him treats. I was pretty shocked/surprised to be honest. I honestly thought the pricing for an overnight stay and emergency fee was super reasonable but I also was prepared for it to be more expensive as it is an emergency vet. I would definitely bring him back if the need ever arrives.

My tiny cat (was a stray that I conceded to take in , after 2 months of being outside), has skin allergies that are somewhat controlled by food but he itches, scratches & bites often. Also, found fleas. So, he sits in high places, presumably so the fleas he flicks off do not jump back on him. Lost his balance, fell & hurt his hip. 1st time here & the staff was very caring, knowledgeable and it was very affordable, especially for 7:30am on a Sunday!

I want to Thank the Staff for the care they gave my cat Stars. I was so scared when I had to take my cat to the E.R. but the man on the phone/at the front desk was sooo helpful. The nurse and vet moved fast to care for Stars despite how busy the E.R was at that time. They kept me posted on the cost of my care from beginning to end and I left satisfied with her care. They also gave me a follow up call to check on Stars to make sure she is okay which really shows they genuinely care. My experience really built my trust for this company and I would recommend them to anyone who has a pet with an emergency need.

Could not be more thankful for the doctor and staff here. My puppy had an allergic reaction to something and they were there to help. Amazing facility and staff. Thank you!!
