My dog loves his doggy daycare. He loves the staffs and loves making & playing with new friends. The staffs & managers are super friendly. And you can go to them with problems that you may have & they are quick to get them resolved. They are very empathetic and very loving & caring to our pets.

I can not speak highly enough for the great people working here.  It was time for Paco's Nail trimming / Feather Clipping / Beak Shaving again.  (Paco is my Moluccan Cockatoo) Normally he actually behaves pretty well during this but today he decided to be extra moody and bratty.  It didn't help that I forgot to bring his perch too so he didn't have a solid something to stand on besides my shoulder (ouch). The whole ordeal probably took 45 minutes to do.  They were so careful to try to keep him calm, talk to him, put him at ease, take breaks between feet / wings etc to give him time to settle down, yet wise enough to see when he was really stressing, or his typical attention mongering when he has an audience!  I have been to vets where they will just throw a towel over the bird, pin them down, and grind away on the bird screaming at the top of it's lungs.  Not here, they were so careful and concerned about how he was doing during the procedure, and not just getting us out the door and to the cashier.

Every time I have come here they have treated Paco with the greatest of attention and care.  You can tell when someone really has compassion and love for animals, or if it's just a job to them.  When you consider that I came in for a nail trim, beak trim, feather trim, and full checkup and was able to walk out the door for under 100 dollars, you can't beat that.  Some of the other 'bird' places in town will charge you 60 dollars just to walk in the door.

At times you may have to wait a few minutes extra because they are in an emergency surgery or something, but the quality of care and compassion they show for your pets, it's well worth it.

I have found a veterinarian who truly cares and god willing, will be around for many years to take care of the feathered terror for me.

Love this place. Dr. Jacobs is amazing and the staff really care for the pets. Rori loves going to the resort and play. On the ride home, she is exhausted.

Its a great vet with amazing people but at times it feels like they are too busy with so many customers. Come with patience.

We've been going to see Dr. Bissell for a year and a half for our young Vizsla and we couldn't be happier. He understands the breed in comparison to many others and has been a world of knowledge when it comes to offering different options for everything - from puppy needs, to medications to procedures. Recently we had an issue where our dog was injured and Dr. Bissell was incredible and had gone above and beyond to make sure our boy was stitched up properly, the best follow up and ensured we were completely informed. I truly couldn't be happier! I definitely recommend to everyone who is new to the area to explore their options, but from front office staff to the vets, this place has been a real godsend.
