Very nice staff. Charge for witnessing euthanasia. And I know you say it was for the extra veterinarian or vet tech place the catheter but then why is it labeled on the bill, witness euthanasia. Why not label what it is if you always claim that it is something other than what the bill states.

I love the people that work here! The vets are always ready and willing to stay and answer any questions you have. I have kenneled my 2 dogs and no problem at all. When I picked them up, they were happy.  They always take very good care of them when getting groomed.  I woukd recommend the Bluffton vet hospital to everyone.

Took our pup there to get groomed and it took 5+ hours.  Finally got him back and he looked terrible, I pointed it out and they didn't seem to concerned.  Heard that they have a new groomer so we decided to give them another chance.  They were kind enough to call us less than 24HR before our appointment to tell us that they were canceling our dogs grooming appointment because I pointed out that he was not properly/nicely cut in their lobby in front of other customers at our last visit.  Apparently its  not ok to expect what you pay for to be done properly.   If they don't need my money they probably don't need yours either.

Employees have no clue how to approach big dogs such as a German Shepherd, one employee marched up to our German Shepherd looking straight into his eyes, causing him to freak out and bark protectively. Without giving our dog a chance to calm down, the vet kicked us out immediately and would not board our dog because he was "unacceptable, lunging, bearing teeth..." but that was their fault for approaching him incorrectly. Place is too expensive for the poor value they offer, would not recommend to anyone.
