My experience with the Insurance Store started a few years ago when I did some work for Bob and Melissa. They offered to look over my family's current insurance and found us better coverage at lower rates. As we've added cars or adjusted coverages since then, they've always been quick to do the research and to respond to our questions. I love that they have access to all kinds of insurance options and not just what's available through a single company. Sometimes the "mix and match" approach saves us money in the long run. Saving money is good! I highly recommend going with the team at the Insurance Store!

They used to have a great agent working for them.  She quit out of the blue and the person that took her place could not have been worse.  They failed to transfer my auto policy when with my other policies, so i was driving uninsured for 3 days.  I was called a lair and accused of  trying to commit illegal activity BY MY INSURANCE AGENT, who then hung up on me.  My family held numerous policy with this company and we have pulled them all.  Lots of places to buy insurance from this is not one of them.

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get ahold of someone from this place 
via: email and phone calls they let my insurance laps, and after I set up new policy with a different company.. They never called back they charged my CC for over 1200.00 Stay away, I have been in business for over 20 years don't know how they stay in business

Melissa is no longer there I think they sold to someone else, so any reviews that relate to her are invalid, as far as I am concerned..

Sorry to say but  I used to be the owner of the Insurance Store I am no longer. I sold in  February 2015. So please don't associate The Insurance Store with BMB Insurance LLC.  Want to let you know Melissa gave her 2 week notice on Friday like your supposed to do. When she came in Monday morning she was fired on the spot with no notice.

I love Melissa at the Insurance store.  I have been with tem 4 years and we have changed insurances 3 times,  because she is always looking out  for me and what is best for me and my family.

This last time, October 2014, my current rates were high,  she found me a new company and she ended up saving me $1000 I called Costco and 2 other insurers, (my husband's work has a "discount") they all were consistant in their bids which were $500-$600 more than what Melissa had found for me. (plus the time I spent getting bids was painfun.)

Also we have had a couple of incidences and she has advised me how to handle them and the insurance companys.

They are AWESOME!
