I have been with BMO Cudahy location since approximately 2002. The entire team so very kind and understanding, however, have had my primary contacts with Brian Williams VP/Branch Manager, Nia Little, and April Rutgers Customer Experience Rep. Who are all OUTSTANDING. Urgen at the Oakland Creek branch is Wonderfully too.
Impeccable service! Artiola and the manager, Brian, took excellent care of me during my recent visit and they’ve both been extremely helpful in every way! They’ve both gone above and beyond to meet my banking needs and have made the entire account set up process simple and smooth! Thanks for the great banking experience BMO Harris-Cudahy!
Up until a year ago this bank had friendly staff, knowledgeable staff, and quick service. Now the wait is over 10min in a usual visit. I’m writing this review and have been waiting in the drive thru for over 20min. This should not be happening especially during a time period they are usually less busy according to google wait times.
The service is perfectly fine, but you need to budget like half an hour at the drive through lane even if no one else is there. Slowest bank I've ever been to and no idea why it takes so long.
If you have all day to spend there you may like it. Your money may be super protected but personally I don’t like to feel like a criminal especially while trying to cash a simple stimulus check.
They're very nice here! I like that here they don't make me feel like I'm just a bother or something.
They take forever for any transaction.
