Nice staff. Very friendly.

I know that National City/PNC has gotten some slack for their recent name changes over the past couple of years, but the staff at the KK location in St. Francis is the best I've come across, between several other major banking competitors. I have always felt welcomed, comfortable, and in control of my finances with this bank - and cannot thank them enough for their terrific customer service (especially the management staff; well-suited individuals to their roles, extremely knowledgeable and helpful). I am a happy customer with PNC/National City! :-)
