rebel Financial is a truly independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). We do not work for any large investment firm or insurance company and we represent the best interests of our clients first. rebel Financial stands for doing the right thing for people in an industry that has become almost entirely concerned with their own profit margins. This is our fundamental rebellion, that we care more about our clients well-being than our own profit margins, and hence why we are rebel Financial. We specialize in Business, Retirement, and Estate Planning. We have the ability to manage our clients assets through multiple custodians and place insurance business with a wide variety of insurance carriers. We are fiduciaries in everything we do for our clients and are proud to hold ourselves to this high standard.

Our primary advisor, W Phil Ratcliff, has been a financial advisor for 10 years, starting his career with American Express Financial Advisors in 2003, then working through AXA Advisors, LLC from 2006 to 2013, before opening our own firm: rebel Financial LLC in August of 2013.
