The reps there are good, I have gotten confused a lot. I pay bi-weekly. When I bought the car, I was told that my biweekly payment was x amount. I said can't I just pay the full amount by that 2nd biweekly due date was told yes. I get 2 days behind in the first one and they call up the butt. They even went so far as to change calling friends/family to contact me about it. She emails me which I love because then I can have documents of our conversation now. My BIGGEST issue, the website, there is no history, I can see payments I have posted, but I can't see why my balance went up by 300 after I made a payment. I can't see my balance after each payment, or interest cycle, or anything which is a fail on their end. Something so important, we should be able to have access to all/any information regarding it. That's why I gave it 3.

Jayne worked with me through my loan and was fantastic. She was very friendly and always willing to help me out when things were financially tough. My credit is not good, but I was able to get this loan and recommend this company and definitely this amazing representative.

So far.I haven't had any problems except I'm supposed to make payments every two weeks?? no problem EXCEPT the months there's an extra weeks..I have to end up paying more? This was never told to me when I was in desperate; need for the car! If my payments are to be one amount? It should be!!! OR I should be able to pay once a month! I do love my car! & Thank them for trusting to give me a car loan; I will refinance in a year @100% on time payments!

Laura Meeker is always kind and understanding l. Over the past year I have had some serious financial burdens due to my sons health.. Laura has helped me and never once made me feel like I was less than human even when I have fallen behind she truly is an asset to your company thanks

I have been with tracir for about 3 or 4 months now and it is awful...My first issue is the form of payment. On one hand I was told I could pay online and on the other hand I was told I can’t and my payments got kicked out the system which brings me to my next issue...they can’t tell a customer that they can only pay through the automated service (which is a extra 8 dollars) when they have other methods they can use, so that just tells me your making me pay more than I’m suppose to. My third issue is confusion. I’m past due one payment and the only way to get back on track is to pay twice for one month. So I tell my case worker at one point in time that I have partial payment and can add the rest at the end, she told me they don’t do partial payments so I had to scrape and scrimmage up the rest. She tells me that I have to use the automated service, I say ok and connect to the service. When I called, it gave me my regular bill without the late fees so I assumed that it would automatically add the late fees. So I called my case worker back so I could tell her about the late fee not being given to me, she tells me don’t worry about the late fee as long as I paid the original bill. This is good and all but my issue with this is she told me they don’t accept partial payment, which is basically what the payment was without paying late fee... The sad part about it is I don’t mind paying the late fees I just need them to extend time until I catch up since they are part of the reason I’m past due in the first place. They send false confirmations once you have paid just for several days to pass for them to tell you the payment didn’t go through simply because they waited a few days to take the money out. So honestly I don’t see how it’s my problem especially when I’m trying to pay. I called my case worker today and I told her I want to speak with the management to set up a better payment plan, she said they were out to lunch and that she would give them the message to call me, but of course they never called me back... I wouldn’t recommend nobody to these people because you can’t trust anything they say.
