I leased my first lease with BMW of Bridgeport about a year ago. So far my experience has been excellent. I told Lee my preferences and he found me the perfect match. I love my car. I have brought it in for maintenance and they were just as exceptional. Thank you for your 5 star service,  would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

This is my second time buying a car with BMW Bridgeport and I can confidently say that no other location compares when it comes to service, friendliness, professionalism and willingness to help find the best car to suit your wants, needs and budget. I worked with Kelly Garvin this time around and he was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! Kelly has a great can-do attitude. He was attentive, patient, informative, very personable and kind. I got a beautiful car with everything on my checklist and the whole process was seamless and smooth. I’m a proud BMW driver for 7 years and through trial and error I have learned that BMW Bridgeport is the ONLY place you should go to buy or lease a BMW- even if you just have a few questions, go to Bridgeport…..and make sure to ask for KELLY!!!

The purpose of a car dealership is to sell cars, right?  BMW of Bridgeport goes far beyond that with exceptional customer service and an overall exceptional customer engagement experience in all aspects of the dealership including sales, service, and support.  The level of coordination among all employees at BMW of Bridgeport is quite impressive and the attention to detail makes a big difference in customer satisfaction.  We have now purchased 2 cars from BMW of Bridgeport since 2014 and have transacted 1 sale to BMW of Bridgeport.  Our satisfaction with the vehicles and the dealership will keep us coming back for years to come.  Kudos to the BMW of Bridgeport team.

Lee Lopez is the only reason I purchased my Audi S5 and first car. His attention to detail is above and beyond! I can't thank him enough for the time he spent on follow-ups and in offering personalized service. In the middle of the winter, Lee went onto the roof without a jacket (because we were in a rush) and in the snow showed us every car we asked about. I can't express enough how much his ability to connect with people and ability to address our needs was appreciated. Lee is a true professional and the car is everything I could ask for!  Thank you to everyone. I can confidently say I will be back!

I had an amazing experience in purchasing my BMW from Kelly Garvin.  Kelly is a top notch salesman who is kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the BMW product.  He made the entire purchase experience smooth and pleasurable.  I would highly recommend him for any future promotions in BMW sales positions.
