I Just purchased my newSoul Red 2016 Mazda 3, Hatchback from CT Auto Inc in Bridgeport. Orlando and Frank were great to work with. No high pressure sales tactics.  Orlando let me to take the Mazda for an "EXCESSIVELY LONG TEST DRIVE"  BY MYSELF... and to my mechanic without even leaving a deposit! Anyway.....long story, short, It took me almost a month to cobble together the $3800.00 downpayment from 2 tax refunds.  I guess it was meant for this particular car to be mine. Other people were interested in it, but I was the only one who got bank approval to finance the Mazda. Orlando and Frank the finance Manager worked very hard to get me the loan at  a monthly payment I could afford.  If you are looking for a great used car, their selection is pretty awesome, Orlando, Frank, and their crew are really nice guys, they speak Spanish, they got JOKES, they will work really hard to put you behind the wheel of your DREAM MACHINE, or at least something that you can afford! Check out their cars online. I am down at the beach in my new hotrod....Living La Vida Loca!!! HAPPY EASTER

Do not buy from CT Auto. DISHONEST MONEY-MAKING OPERATION AT THE EXPENSE OF TRUSTING PEOPLE.  Within 24 hours, the car needed several thousand dollars’ worth of work.  As of today, we have put in over $5,500 into a car that has been repaired by Subaru repeatedly.  Subaru is equally horrified that a car was sold in such a state and worse, yet the dealership LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING.  As a single mom working 7 days a week, this experience has proven a nightmare over and over again.  The owner of CT Auto's response was, "This is your problem not mine."  This is not a good bunch of guys.  They will smile as they lie to you, take your money, and leave you with a car that will cost you a fortune and will not get you to work.  This has been the worst buying experience of a lifetime.  Unfortunately, this car is proving the most expensive purchase ever made and it is far from over.  I am exhausted, saddened, and enraged that this dealership has not been held accountable. I have discussed this with a lawyer and seriously considering taking legal action as this dealership should be shut down. I posted one star as it would not allow me to post this review without doing so.  This is my first review of a product or service ever written. This dealership deserves less than zero.

Great car buying experience with these guys. Quick service, available, good communication, no haggling or trying to hustle you, and most importantly they are fairly priced. Definitely giving them another look when it’s time for a new car

This was my first ever car purchase and I was so nervous ,but the men from Ct Auto were amazing and made this experience seamless , Orlando found me the perfect car and was so patient! The financial manager Frank had my paperwork fast and flawless! Thank you so much

These guys are great. Honored the first price I saw on the truck I was interested in and worked with my schedule to have everything ready for me to pick up. Took care of registration and temp plates for me, and I was on the road in less than an hour. Great dealership to finance through as well. Would recommend 100%

I was helping my daughter to find a suitable car for college,  but in the middle of the covid crisis it was challenging to say the least.  We stopped at CT Auto to look at a car we saw online.  Orlando was very helpful.  We wanted to look at some other cars before we made a decision and didn't receive any pressure to buy.   We returned after looking at several other vehicles and I pointed out a couple minor mechanical items on the car which were addressed without question.   The negotiations were fair and reasonable and everything was taken care of in a timely manner.  I personally have never been fond of purchasing from a dealer.  But I must say in this case we were well taken care of and if I need a car in the future, I'll be back.  She's driven the car for a month now and it's been running great.

Just bought a car from here and the staff were very much friendly and extremely patient with me !! Definitely recommend hands down service was great people were great and they take there time searching for the best deals, even make sure the car is ready to go for convenience not just money hungry like others

Really happy with the Nissan Sentra 2017! Told my dad to go and got approved the next day. Car was ready the same day. My dad and I are really happy with the car we got at CT Auto Sales. Really satisfied and recommend the dealership to anyone. Thank you very much!
