Great guys working here. Always my go to tire place. Dead middle of a snow storm and they are you here to take care of everyone.

*Update* I originally had a bad experience at this store. However, I voiced my concerns here on yelp and was contacted by Town Fair Tires customer service department the same day. I was also assured that the issue I had would be handled and they made me an appointment to have the car taken care of. I feel like that kind of customer service deserves a couple more stars.

I'm not sure what to think about the Town Fair Tire on Main St, Bpt. They require you to pay for vehicle repairs before your car is diagnosed. For example, I requested to have my right front passenger tire checked for a possible leak. I was told I had to pay in advance for replacement parts. Reluctantly I did but I was concerned that if I needed to buy another tire I would then have to pay again.  Why couldn't I wait to see what the problem was before making a payment? Were they being partial or Is this a company wide policy? Hmmmmm
