Anthony was very professional and personable made the experience seamless from start to finish ! It was so easy ! He knew what we needed and what we wanted ! And we got an amazing deal ! Then Brandon .... went above and beyond ! He sat with me patiently going over all the technical features the car has to offer ! He IS A GENIUS ! We can’t forget Charles - he assisted me with a rental car while our new car had some last minute touches - he was very kind and also very professional ! We didn’t see a frown in the whole place - all the staff seem to be happy and love what they are doing - those are the people  we want to work with people that happy and what they’re doing !! We can thank the whole staff enough everyone was so welcoming and professional ! So all in all we will refer Premier BMW to anyone  as they will definitely get a great experience

These guys a horrible maybe they're good as far as buying a car goes but when it comes to service they're the biggest crooks I've ever seen these people charge me $4000 for a fixed that was supposed to be covered under warranty.  I am a BMW enthusiast I've owned several BMWs I remember when trans Atlantic used to own BMW back in the days and they were phenomenal but these guys are nothing crooks. There always taking their customers to court when they are the one not doing the proper job if I was you I would not take the car there go to South Shore BMW much worth the drive.

Great service, managed by Service Advisor Charles Cullen, for my BMW 328d while we were at the Cape on vacation.   I called them on a Thursday morning because the check engine light went on the night before.  I was able to bring the car in immediately on a standby appointment.  They diagnosed the problem within approx. 1 hour as a bad fuel injector, and recommended not driving the car a long distance.  They overnighted the part and performed the repair on Friday, before our house rental ended.

These guys gave me a great car with great service at a price that beats other dealerships in Massachusetts.
Anthony was especially great to work with.
