This is a top notch dealership. I was able to book an appointment for an oil change this Saturday. I usually get my service in Norwood. This service center is clean and beautiful and user friendly. The service staff members were incredibly polite, helpful and highly competent. I will drive to the cape from now on just for an oil change. The waiting area was so fantastic that I have to admit that I was a little disappointed when my car service was complete. My next car will be purchased from Premier. They are amazing people.

Thank you Russ and Karen- easiest dealer experience I've ever had.  I told Russ what I wanted, he brought the car to me and we settled the details on the test drive.  They totally accommodated my schedule and had the car ready for pick up as promised.  No hassles, no upsells, no surprises.  Full confession- I did waste time shopping off Cape.  Shouldn't have bothered, I found the best deal and most importantly the best people right here.

Not the normal car buying experience in a GOOD way! Rob was up front/transparent and professional...He didn't try to sell me a more expensive car I didn't want and actually let me walk out the door to "think" about my decision. Rob showed me all the rates and costs on a spreadsheet that didn't change because it was the best deal possible on 3 different vehicles...on the day of the pick up of my New Jeep Wrangler there was NO extra fees or hidden costs...shocking I know....but refreshing none the less and it was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had!

I had been shopping for a car for almost a full year by the time I came look at a Jeep. I did not think that it was at all what I was looking for and I was a little closed minded about it. Though after explaining every little detail I wanted in a car to Leo Laemmle (one of the finest car salesman) he brought me over to the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Even though I was hesitant he was SPOT ON! Man does he know his stuff. I could not be more happy with this car. ITS PERFECT in a way I never thought a car could be. I am so super happy with this dealership and their employees. From now on I won't go anywhere else!

My honey and I went to Premier hoping to find that we would be an able to find something that we would love and we’re happy with the outcome!  The people we met were more than helpful and the whole experience was better than we could have ever imagined.  We would recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to visit this dealership..
