We highly recommend IDAHO Falls BMW!
I called ahead to let Morgan know which model I was interested in.  When we arrived he had already selected the best vehicle on the lot for us to look at we drove it and bought it!
He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. His associate Mackenzie took a great deal of time explaining all features to us.  We never felt pressured.  
They gave us Kelly Blue Book value on our trade in and we could not be happier!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing at BMW of Idaho Falls! The store is immaculate, the service is first class and the cars are amazing. My salesperson was very knowledgeable, and the general manager was extremely helpful as well. They all stayed after hours to make sure that my deal was completed so I could get out of town when I needed. I would highly recommend!

Today I took my car to get serviced. I had an appointment at 10 am and I dropped off my car about 20 minutes prior. Around 12pm, I called to check on my car. It had been two hours and I just figured that it was long enough to service the car, it's just an oil change. 
I called BMW, I was left on hold for a long time then it sounded like someone picked up the receiver and hung it up. 
I called again, this time I got through. The service advisor stated that my car would be ready soon and that they would call me to pick it up. 
At 3:30 pm, I called again, at this point they have had my car for about 6 hours and I want/need my car before 5. You can imagine that it was as hard if not harder to get through to someone as it was the first time I called. 
The guy who answered the phone stated that my car would be ready in an hour as it was in line to get washed. So, 7 hours to get an oil change and a wash. Not okay. 
I decided against the wash, I just need my car. I went in to BMW and my car wasn't ready still. The service advisor almost gave me wrong paperwork. And their technicians were just talking to other coworkers. They were not busy, they just don't care or have any appreciation for customers' time and availability. 
This is not the service other dealerships owned by Sayer provide. I held BMW of Idaho Falls to the wrong standard.

BMW of Idaho Falls is a fantastic dealership that has treated me with top notch service at every encounter.  I bought a 2007 BMW 328 Hardtop Convertible in 2010 and was able to get an excellent price and a phenomenal car.  Once you own a BMW it is hard to want to drive any other brand of car ever again!  They truly are the preferred automobile for enthusiasts.
