There are many stores to go to, selection for all types of items you’d like. Everyone there is polite and all stores seem to be very cooperative. It is fun to visit during holidays, like Christmas time for meeting Santa and Easter time for meeting the Easter Bunny!! Along with a good selection of food to chose from in the food court and downstairs restaurants.

Today, in the Apple Store, I interacted with a white male employee who was about 6’6” tall, with a long beard and a beanie cap. He dismissed my concerns about my phone and started offering solutions before I could finish speaking. When I told him I didn’t appreciate the that he was talking over me more than he was listening to my concerns, he only elevated his voice and persisted that he was offering me solutions. People began looking in our direction. The employee started complaining about Apple customers who were swapping out batteries that are at 95% life, something I really did not need to know, considering I am not one of those customers. As he became more aggressive, I informed him that he was making me uncomfortable. I next told him he wouldn’t be getting any business from me. I grabbed my phone and left. He offered no apologies or remedy to the situation and only stared at me with disgust as I walked out of the store. I will not go in this particular store again. I surely hope that Apple is closely monitoring their stores for employees who try to intimidate customers into submission as opposed to listening to their concerns, especially when those customers are being very respectful and non confrontational. I am truly disappointed. I would rather buy an average phone from a courteous employee than buy the best phone from a disrespectful bully. 

Good luck to any business that allows (whether knowingly or unknowingly) this type of treatment of customers in the long run. 

It’s sad that my perception of the overall mall, which was otherwise very nice, suffers as a result of one store with one reckless employee.

Worst service ever! Called ahead and made reservations for 6:30.  Hello RESERVATIONS .....only to be seated a hour later!  After being seated it took another hour to get our food. And for what we paid, the food should have been amazing.  Nope. Cold and bland. And the lobster tail tasted old. Like it was made without care. After talking with the manager she did give us a discount.  But I will never go to Red Lobster again!

Swanky, higher priced stuff. Nicely decorated.  It's a little hard to find some places, but it looks like you're meant to meander through it at a languid pace. Liked the fire puts and the colorful fountain.

Everything is very nicely organized. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the mall could improve it's decoration. I still love the experience every time I go there.
