I frequent the Joann Fabrics, but haven't visited the rest of the mall. It's quiet which is nice. The Joanns is great. Good selection. Friendly service. Usually quiet so I can organize my brain and shopping list. Will keep going to this location until/unless it closes.

The Karcher mall tries REALLY hard to be a great place to shop. However, the proximity to Boise and the MUCH larger Boise Town Square Mall makes it difficult for them to get a lot of desirable retailers. They do have a Burlington, and a great movie theater. But most of their shops are what I would consider "boutique" which lack mainstream appeal.

Sort of surprised that it hasn't fallen down. It looks like it may have been made really cheaply in the 60s with out the help of an architect...or one that was blind and had no taste. There are more vacant store fronts here than a ghost town. Maintenance...ok that's a joke. There isn't any maintenance.... There are broken tiles everywhere..I mean chunks left around that were not broken recently.... This place needs a major face lift... basically they built all the new stores across the freeway to get away from this place... This place actively repells shoppers it's so ugly...I can't believe that the store owners have to pay to be in this place...

I have clean restrooms hair in a lot of different shops in the mall. They have Santa and reindeer there now period for the children. Haha it's wide enough for people to walk or ride their skateboard. There are no mobile carts for the elderly so if they go they must walk and if they can't walk then I don't know. They have places to eat. They have an arcade there for birthday parties and just go play games and have fun and they have lots of clothing places there we can buy different clothing and shoes and other gifts

It's a very small mall. Not too much to do there but it is a small city after all. Too many closed stores. Very convenient if they have what you need though.
