This bagel was amazing! Perfect amount of cream cheese, and so much seasoning. Staff were really nice, and I love the vibes inside the shop. I just wish there were more spaces to sit and WiFi. Other than that, everything was amazing!Food: 5/5
Came here because of a recommendation, I was looking for a place to try real local bagels. Definitely did not disappoint. I ordered The Andrew as well as the bagel with avocado forgot the name. I particularly liked The Andrew, the texture and flavours complemented each other very well. If I’m around will definitely pass by again!Food: 5/5
Went around 1:15pm and they were out of most bagels. Got an egg bagel with scallion cream cheese. It tasted like a day old brioche bun and nothing like a bagel. It wasn't chewy at all. It was pretty disappointing. I may go back to try something else, but it will be a while.Food: 2/5
MID EXPERIENCE. Maybe it was the time of day we went but they were out of everything and the bagels did not taste fresh. Still had to wait in line about 15 minutes even though we went around 1 or 2 pm. The bagels are weirdly hollow, not fluffy and chewy like other nyc bagels. We both got egg and cheese and it was just fine. Tastes the same as most local bagel places. Also there’s like two tables so you will probably have to take bagels to go. If you are in Morningside heights I’d go with absolute. Also do not get the coffee pls, go to a coffee shop or risk disappointment. ‼this photo is misleading‼
BO’s Bagels was a brilliant find in NYC and it was so good we visited three times in four days. Alongside every possible bagel variety and combination of cream cheese toppings are a selection of warm, made to order bagels too such as cream cheese and lox, eggs and bacon, sausage etc. To the left hand side of the store is a section where you can purchase memorabilia, such as bagel toppings, t-shirts and tote bags. There is a clean and modern dining area in store as well as the option to take out. A huge selection of cold drinks are available in the refrigerators to the left of the store and collection station is to the right. Would highly recommend. Some people had ordered ahead of arrival which did speed up their ordering process.
Very solid and unique bagel in NYC. Bagels are smaller and not hot, but have a nice crust and decent density and chew. Covering on the everything bagel was good and double sided, though they lean heavier on the garlic and sesame seeds. I had the Andrew without sausage and added cheese. Good amount of egg, lacking a little bacon and needed something additional flavor wise. My boyfriend had the salmon with the works which was fresh and flavorful. Standout was surprisingly the pumpernickel cranberry bagel with maple walnut cream cheese. Flavors mixed really nicely together and the chunks of cranberry in the pumpernickel were a unique twist. Overall, I would definitely return if I was in the area but I’m still a Tompkins Square Bagel girl.
Love the bagels but service not always up to par. I ordered a toasted bagel, the cashier asked to be sure I wanted it toasted yes! and after leaving and getting ready to eat, I realized it was not toasted. Not a fan of cold bagels with cold cream cheese and was too far away to go back.Food: 5/5
Very, very good bagels. Great menu with plenty of options for the bagel lover in you! We are in Harlem for a month or so and we will stay stocked. Order online if you don't want to hang out which is not bad anyway and if you go early, your bagels will still be warm... I'm in heaven!Food: 5/5
These are not typical New York bagels, but in a great way. The bagel toppings are full coverage. The salmon was fantastic. If I had one complaint, I like a shmear sandwich on both sides of my salmon so I can deconstruct it and separately eat both sides, but it was still great. Next time I’d get the bagels toasted they weren’t hot level fresh, but I would definitely return.
Not a bad bagel but a little flavourless. Pricey as well but the online preorder works super well and I like all Tofu cream cheese.Food: 4/5
