Great place to stop for a quick sit-down breakfast. There was a little bit of a wait before getting seated, but it was less than 10 minutes. Once seated, our server Chris came quickly to take our orders. She was friendly and polite and gave us some suggestions of what to order. The food was standard, you know, typical breakfast food in general. The caramel cappuccino, however, was absolutely delicious and the highlight of my visit! It was heaven in a cup! Will definitely go back to get that if nothing else. Overall, they have good staff and good service, so I would return.
We went for Thanksgiving dinner, it was hopping. The service was great the food was basically a Swanson TV dinner for $16.00 plus tax. We waited 30 minute and they were basically out of everything. I got everything I didn't want. My Fiance got turkey, I got turkey roll. The high note is at least I didn't cook and nothing to clean.
I just love the honey butter chicken. So fresh, hot and tender. The blue ribbon bacon is also one of my favorites. Highly recommend! The staff are always polite and respectful. The atmosphere is so wholesome. I will definitely be backFood: 5/5
Great traditional american breakfast. Dishes were clean and fresh... service excellent Hard to find a reason to complain!
Great experience! The restaurant was beautiful and the food was great! Jordyn was an incredible waitress. So kind, attentive, and accommodating. Jim was an awesome host. He kept everyone laughing. I would definitely eat here again!
The husband and I decided to try this place after sitting in a diner waiting 45 minutes and not even get acknowledged. So maybe our attitudes were we're a little sensitive already. When we walked in the greater came over and literally had zero personality. "2, follow me" then tossed menus down and walked away. Our waitress immediately comes over and seems to want to take our full order. We just wanted to order our drinks, and take a look at the menu because we had never been there. She came back with our drinks and asked are you ready now? Very snarky. Again we didn't know the menu so we were ordering as we read. My husband ordered something that came with biscuits and gravy. She turns to him and says "do you want biscuits with your gravy". He said I thought that's what I had ordered and she got all kind of attitude saying well you can get bread, toast, or no bread DO YOU WANT BISCUITS?? So when our food arrives, the biscuits and gravy weren't even there, Just his eggs and meat. He asked where the biscuits and gravy was and she said it's coming in a few. He mentioned that he wanted everything to come out together, and she said sometimes that just doesn't happen. Even the table next to us mouth drops. Which that table next to us, was apparently having the type of morning like our visit to that diner was because even the other waitress said somebody needs to "find these people's food". My husband said I'm very sorry to ask this but can we get some additional napkins and she huffed away. Came back and would not just place them on the table she held them in his face until he physically took them from her. She did the same thing with the receipt. Food was good though. MAYBE we came in with attitude from the first place that we were not realizing we have off, but I truly think the attitude of this particular waitress was ridiculous.
This was not a great experience. We were seated immediately but our server never came over. There was a table seated behind us and they ordered first, got their food and left as they were leaving our food was just arriving to the table. We were sitting there waiting for someone, once we got the attention of a server she said she would let our server know we were sitting there. Well our server came over and said she had no idea we were sitting at the table. She didn't understand why we would be seated at her section if she was in the bathroom. She took our orders. I ordered an omelet, it looked OK but when I tried to eat it, it was hard crunchy hard, not in a good way..I couldn't eat it at all, it just wasn't right. I ate one of the biscuits which was good and the potatoes were ok so I ate those but the main dish was the omelet and they messed that up completely. The server was pretty good about it. She removed it from the check. Just not the best experience.
My sister and I decided to go to this restaurant. We waited for over an hour to be seated. I noticed once we were seated everyone else behind us was seated within minutes. Our orders were taken. Then we noticed the ppl behind us started getting their food. Our waitress stated she "thought she put our order in" it would only take a couple of minutes. However, 15 to 20 minutes later still no food. We order pancakes and french toast. I said to our waitress where's our food? She stated let me check. We then indicated nevermind, we don't want it. We proceeded to leave & was asked "How was your visit"? My sister said awful just awful. The waitress then says to the cook with an attitude. They don't want their food. The hostess was then given the rundown of what transpired and said to us. "Your food is ready and you don't have to pay for it". We graciously declined and left. We will NEVER go to that restaurant again located on Bel-Air Road in White Marsh.
I walk in, the miserable girl working the front doesn't say a word to me, no greeting, no nothing. Just a stink eye waiting for me to talk. I speak up - mobile order. She bags it up, practically throws it at me, doesn't say a word. I get home, no butter, and one tiny little syrup for three huge pancakes. The eggs and pancakes were good, but she needs to go. Seriously
Waitress took our order around 10:30am on a Sunday morning. We got our food at 11:20am after my friend went up to her to ask why was it taking so long. I had to ask for a 2nd cup of coffee! Waitress was terrible. Black woman with an attitude! Scrabble eggs with cheese, thick and cold lying on the eggs. That waitress was the worse! I regret that we stayed and I regret that I didn't ask for the manager that day. We didn't finish anything and did not leave her a red cent. I will never go back to Bob Evans on Belair road!!!!
