My Favorite place to bring Mom for Brunch...everyone is so nice...the manager is cool...if your order is incorrect he will fix it and take it off the bill.. Sometimes you just have to be realistic...this place is always packed so they must be doing something right..... if you can't wait or have a funky attitude I suggest you take those negative vibes somewhere else...

I have to admit, I went in prejudiced. Hadn't been to Bob Evans in forever, and was ready to be disappointed like I usually am in all the other cheap chain diners. Really expected poor service in a dumpy spot with gross food. Glad to report, I was pleasantly surprised! This place was clean, spacious, nice atmosphere with a tidy but laid back country feel. Decent, friendly service (tho not the fastest). Shout out to our server, Ryan, a cute girl who was very nice and got all the order spot on. And the food (remember my expectations were low) was surprisingly decent, and at a good price. Enjoyed my pancakes and & biscuit & gravy very much. Good place for a hearty meal "down on the farm!"

Waited for 20 minutes to be seated.. another 25 minutes for the order.. salad came after the Entree is almost finished.. when making payments.. I was told, she has never seen an e-gift card for Bob Evans and did not know how to use it.. I have to manually enter the numbers and make the payment. Yucky.. Sucks!

It was cool service was good but my omlette was bland , they need a better selecton of omlettes

Food is inconsistent. Two weeks ago boasted chicken dinner was excellent. Exactly seven days later food was cold and the chicken was not as good as before
