This is a pretty busy McDonald's. The location is convenient for me. I suggest using the app for coupons and deals. However, sometimes the app doesn't work properly which is frustrating. You can do curbside, drive-thru or inside pick up. If you do curbside pick up I feel it takes them longer to bring your food out.  People are nice enough for a fast food restaurant (low expectation). They rarely mess up my orders.

Fresh, hot and clean. Please frequent here in 2018 before the newness wears off. Deserves 5 stars for location and freshness of food. But loses a star or two because its fast foods.

Service here is hit or miss- so is the food!  This is the closest McDonald's but I would rather go to the one in Twinsburg- much better service, food is good and hot. Sorry,  to say the McDonald's in Macedonia the food is never hot!! Once in awhile you might luck up and get hot French fries!

Just ok, The shift mangers seem to be on top of things they keep the employees moving and motivated.

Only person in the restaurant. Ignored me completely. Total Attitude and snarky once i was waited on. NO SERVICE, NO MANNERS. Manager is just as bad. Order was wrong and the employee irate because she made the mistake. What a mistake to go there. Another McDonald's down the road. Worth the extra drive from no on.
