This is a new restaurant. It's very clean will and the staff was very nice to meet family and I. There was only one small thing that was forgotten to be brought with our meal but the issue was fixed promptly. The staff was very freindly. S'nhoj was our waitress and she was great and did a great job.

It's a Steak n' Shake. It's new so it's more modern than others I've been to, though they sacrificed utility for appearance in some instances, such as their main counter creating a choke point where servers and cashiers have to dance around each other. Service was very slow when it first opened due to new staff and high demand. Seems to have leveled off some. Plus, service in Ohio could never be as slow as Georgia. They seem blazing fast in comparison.

Having been a Florida resident, I am a long time fan of S&S even before they expanded north. But not a fan of this particular restaurant! Waited a long time for anyone to even acknowledge me in the drive thru. Shake order was wrong and they argued with me about it. Staff not friendly at all. I will definitely avoid this particular S&S.

My favorite place to take the grandkids after shopping. It's clean and the staff are courteous. The food is always great and economical.

This was the worst Steak and Shake that I have ever been to!  It took 15 minutes for someone to come to our table and take our order.  It took another 30 minutes for most of our food to come out.  Three of our orders were incomplete.  We ended up waiting another 15 minutes and still didn't get all our food.  We told them to just take it off the bill, which they did but it took another 15 minutes!  Altogether, this was the worst hour and 15 minutes at a fast food restaurant!  As I watched the kitchen, there was at least 12 people hanging around.  No one had any sense of urgency or customer service!
