Just got home from eating dinner here for my sons 16th birthday. We ordered Candied bacon "starter" but told the waitress that she could bring at the same time as dinners. She forgot our bread, never even asked my husband or daughter what kind they wanted and brought none. As my daughter was eating her Border omelet she found two short black hairs in her meal and stopped eating it. Meanwhile still no candied bacon. I quietly told the waitress about the hairs... we all have light colored hair so clearly not ours. The waitress said I'm sorry and rushed away with her plate. Came back 10 minutes after the rest of us were done with our meal to drop off the candied bacon that was now cooked. Never asked if my daughter wanted something else. She literally only took 4 bites. Dropped off the bill and charged us for all 4 meals! No discount, no replacement NOTHING!!! Didn't want to ruin my sons birthday so left her a 10% tip which I'm a 20-30% tipper always because I've worked in the food industry before but feel she was lucky to get any tip! Worst dinning experience ever! Will not be going back here again!

The lady who works as the hostess the weekend mornings is wonderful. You can tell she is compassionate about her job and it shows. We stop at Chardon Bob Evans on Sundays when we are in town.

Even though it was a very busy weekend brunch, service was on par, and the food came quickly and fresh for our party of four. This is a fairly new location and seemed clean. I did not use the restroom and cannot comment on it's cleanliness. It was a rainy day and the parking lot had a good bit of standing water for a freshly-built parking lot hence the 4 star rating. Other than that, our stay was delightful!

Let me start off by saying, I love Bob Evans. This Bob Evans though, makes me want to eat at waffle house. We walked in an hour before they closed. I know I know but to be fair, it was 8 o'clock on a Monday. They start off by not having mashed potatoes or Mac and cheese. How is that possible, but okay not that big of a deal. Second, our bacon was destroyed. THEY RUINED BACON! Then the breakfast potatoes had obviously been cooked a long time ago and reheated in the microwave. The coffee was a blistering 62 degrees. We needed sugar for our coffee. Our 11 year old was able to find sugar faster than our server. I am very sad about how terrible the entire experience was.

There was a great variety of delicious foods. Our waitress was pleasant and prompt. The restaurant was very clean. I'd give it 5 Gold stars out of five stars. We really enjoyed the whole experience and plan on going back in the near future.
