I went to the Mack dealership where I met Mr. Alvin Taylor who least me a vehicle on December 22. This was such a rewarding experience. I have not least a car since 2009. I just buy a car outright and go on about my business. Mr. Taylor took very good care of me. He was professional, knowledgeable, gave every discount that I was eligible for. You know how car salesmen always have to ask somebody else, well it wasn’t like that. I would recommend this dealership to everyone of my friends. Everybody knew their jobs and they were so professional. Thanks Bob Maxey and thank you Mr. Taylor and thank you staff. See you when my lease is up!!!!

Recently had my 2017 Fusion serviced at Bob Maxey Lincoln and could not be more satisfied. Convenient, timely, and kept me informed every step along the way.  I will definitely continue to use them for our service and purchase needs.

Bob Maxey provides attention to detail and outstanding service. They do not recommend repairs unless needed, and will tell you something is not necessary even though you may want to commission them to do the work. The honesty is refreshing as you cannot experience that at every dealership.

Entering and exiting Bob Maxey you get great service. From the staff to the maintenance of the car. They're a great crew. I don't use the shuttle service they have, because I wait there for my car. Which is always done in acceptable time. The  amenities there while waiting is much appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership.
