Buyer beware. Haven’t had car a month three trips to dealer because of a bad trans that they don’t want to fix or replace on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. While the staff is friendly, service not quite the same. I’ve barely had my car a month and the transmission is slipping. I bought my car on a Thursday and was back on Saturday because the trans and check engine light came on. The car kept cutting off on me and stalling and jerking into gear at restart and take off. They said it needed an update and updated the computer. Less than two weeks later same issue. Here we are going on the third time but now it’s even worse. Me and my kids were almost hit because it cut off in the middle of traffic. Had to leave my car and take Uber because I didn’t feel safe driving it. Tried to schedule an appointment for service but was told they couldn’t do walk-in. Even after I explained what happened. Like I said friendly staff but they have to be friendly in order for you to buy the car and once there’s a problem they don’t want to service it. Just blame the computer. Car stalls, shuts off, jerks into gear at start and taking off. Trans slips, Hard start, just runs crappy. But it’s because of the computer. One month and I can’t even enjoy a car I’m financing. The warranty they sold me is pretty crappy as well. It reads well but it’s not the greatest!! If you have a choice go elsewhere or you’ll be stuck with an almost non running car!!

Superb sales experience from start to finish with Bev Burns.  Always polite, always honest, always organized and very engaged in the whole customer relationship.  I would recommend Bev in a heartbeat!  Also, a very positive experience with other members of the Ray Laethem team, whilst identifying the best vehicle for our family.
