By far, one of the best experiences that I’ve experienced thus far. From the warm welcome through the door, to the personalized care, even through the sale everything was immaculate. Even coming to get service, I must say that i am  definitely committing myself as a loyal customer. Simply because they have shown me nothing but professional, prompt, and courteous service. Everyone was friendly and relaxed. I shopped online before going and I knew what I wanted. Their internet team is terrific and know what they're doing. They made just enough contact that made you aware they were thinking of you but not enough to be pushy. Loved it! Thanks, Erin! Edwin, my salesperson was great too. He knew his cars and knew which car I was looking for. Adam got me a GREAT deal on my financing. Great place to shop for a car!

I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for five years, but I will never lease or buy a car from them again.  Over the past 6 months I noticed how much the customer service has deteriorated.  No call backs, not following through or following up with questions.  I have a lease that will be ending in August and needed to know what my options were...each time I attempted to get information they were not helpful instead just telling me to wait.  I finally decided to look at other options and leased a car from a different company, who were amazing. I went to Nissan of Chesterton to have my lease 'grounded' and was told I couldn't because I need to complete a series of steps prior to this, which after attempting to schedule an inspection (step 1) I was told it would be 2 weeks before anyone could look at my car.  I was really upset given this is not what I was told would or should happen.  Nissan of Chesterton did not help me, so I went to a different Nissan dealership in the area who were more than happy to take care of grounding my lease...the process took about 20 min. and they let me know there is absolutely no reason this dealership should not have taken my lease back other than laziness.  It is NOT Nissan policy to do this or to put customers through the extreme hassle I had to go through today.  Apparently, grounding leases is common practice at dealerships.

It was well worth the drive to obtain our new Rogue. The CarFax experience was the best experience we have ever had in making a car purchase. They had the vehicle we wanted with less than 800 miles on it. It was part of their own fleet that they used for customers who needed a loaner for very short periods of time. Still had all of the factory warranties, as well as being certified pre owned. And they gave us a fair trade. A local dealer had the exact same car, with more miles on it and still wanted the full sticker price. However, it still took the better part of the day to accomplish. Just due to the paperwork. I am glad we drove to Chesterton from South Bend. A $6000.00 savings was worth it. Scott Thompson was great to work with.....

I always come here for my oil changes and any other necessary maintenance  on my car. I used to go to the dealer in South Holland but the service does  not compare . I make the drive to this dealer because I am always satisfied with the price, service, and customer care. Frank and the rest of the team always make sure to explain to me what is going on under the hood of my car. Thank you so much !
