Can't say enough about the demeanor of the sales staff. Certainly, not like others in the area. Our salesman, Jim, was straightforward and very knowledgeable about the equipment on the vehicle. He took the time to explain the Sync 3 system - and that's a bunch. I got a honest trade-in on my vehicle, which was derived from the average of three prices. Give them a try. I doubt you will be disappointed.

I took my 2013 Ford Escape in for repair on a Monday. Tuesday I got a call saying in it was a spark plug and waste gate issue, only to be told the next day it was a turbo issue. Ken said he would only charge me 1799 dollars for the whole thing (I was told no charge for labor. And then find out the turbo was only 900 dollars) hmmm who got lied to. Then on Thursday turbo was ordered. Friday morning was told the guy wouldn't be in till Monday to install everything. I said call me Monday morning. Monday morning 7:45 am ken calls tells me big problem i need a new motor. How did it go from spark plug to motor in 5 days and now wants almost 8 grand to fix. I find out I was lied to about about the price. They jacked the price over 3 times the price. And now they install a turbo on a car that has a blown motor? Stupid. Now they hold my car hostage for money I don't owe because of their stupidity!! I owe the 139 for them to diagnose my car even though they didn't. And now I'm charged for parts that I didn't authorize to be put on my car that has a blown engine!! Hell no!! I told them I would be willing to pay the inspection fee and I had someone coming to tow my car. Nope they now wanted over 600 before they would release my poor car!! Here's where yet another rip off happened.. I told them I was going to give them 300 and they said ok. What a rip off!! What does this dealership do, make up their own prices? Or is it because I'm a woman and they thought I was stupid enough to fall for their lying. They were stealing from me.. but NOT THIS WOMAN!!!. I gave them 300 and main street Motors in valpo will be fixing my car for penny's compared to this ford dealership! Please beware of this dealership and do your homework on the parts like I did because they will lie and steal from you.. Thank you Mainstreet motors for coming to my rescue.. I will be buying my next car from you. And to you ford dealer people... CHARMA!!

Visiting family in the area from out of state and needed an oil change on my 2006 Toyota Sienna. Couldn't have been a better experience and would not hesitate to return for any other service as-needed. Mike Hebda was my service advisor and I appreciated his service, explanations, and assistance.

Excellent service. Warranty did cover part or labor. Inspection fee was reasonable.

I advise any potential employees who may work under Ford (not Toyota) management to do so with caution. As a former employee, I would personally witness & experience occasional harassments & acts of verbal abuse that would continue up until my eventual termination, even after notification to GM & owner. Other than that, my experience at the dealership was positive & i enjoyed my time meeting many great customers & employees here during my yr service.
