Excellent work.  Used another Chevy location to fix my problem.  After taking it back 3x inside 2 months and then show up and ask to see if they can check on it, told wait for another day.  Call Chevy Volt line and they replied in 48 hours, sent me to Bosak and took me in within 2 hours.  Had to order a part and had it done by the next day.
First time to see their location, but believe it will not be the last.  Their Volt employee understand the car, better than the other location.
They even washed it.  Nice people to work with!

Justin made me feel like he really wanted to earn my business. I was a new customer unhappy with my previous dealer service department experiences elsewhere and wanted to try Bosak.  I accidentally left the car on a day I hadn’t made an appointment and he worked to help fit me in the schedule. They took care of the needed service and made reasonable recommendations for future upcoming service needs but weren’t at all pushy about up-selling me on any unnecessary extras. That earns my trust that when something really does need maintenance in the future I’ll be more likely to follow through with recommendations. Clean and friendly service desk and cashier personnel were also pleasant.

Dakota was incredible to work with!  I had one car in particular that I wanted which wasn’t at Bosak and he worked for days to find the exact car and drive hours to pick it up and bring it back to Bosak.  Paperwork process was quick and to the point. I highly recommend this dealership, ask for Dakota!

Just went to tell everyone out there if your looking for a new vehicle Bosak Chevrolet on highway 20 in burns harbor is the way to go.. My husband hates buying a vehicle, but they made it quite painless. And ask for Dakota this young man really knows what he is doing and is just so friendly. Good luck car shopping I bought a 2016 traverse and I  LOVE IT! Thanks Dakota and thanks bosak .😄

I feel like I was totally taken advantage of. I will not recommend this place. Fred the Salesman, was only in this for $ and not to help me find a SAFE truck. When I wanted to return it his response sounded like Obama! "Let me be clear you bought that truck and paid in full. We have a NO return policy". NEVER AGAIN! 😡😡. I bought it Saturday traveling over 100 miles. When I wanted to bring it back b/c the bed is rusted out (under the bed liner) I was basically told to deal with it. BUYERS BEWARE!
