Bob's has a great variety of good-looking, functional, and affordable home furnishings in their large showroom. We just got our first NEW kitchen table and chair set after 25 years of marriage. No more second-hand, mismatched pieces! Our salesperson, Maritza, was very knowledgeable and friendly and made the purchase process quick and easy. We were in and out of the store in just minutes, and the furniture was delivered and set up a few short days later by a professional, personable, and efficient pair of gentlemen who arrived right on schedule. A tracking app even allowed us to follow the progress of the truck en route to our home! We took advantage of the optional 5-year warranty offered by our salesperson, as the low cost was well worth it to us knowing that even accidental damage will be covered. We're looking forward to many years of meals and conversation shared with family and friends at our beautiful new kitchen set and will recommend Bob's Discount Furniture to anyone looking for nice pieces with good value and service.

Great experience with Bob’s Furniture. We shopped around for several weeks and Bob’s had the best quality furniture for the price. The team was very professional from the store to the delivery. They communicated every step of the way which is nice during a busy schedule. Huge shout out to the delivery team.... on time... professional... friendly and accurate. We love our new furniture and will definitely return to Bob’s for a future purchase.

The furniture is nice and the delivery and sales staff were great. You should just hope nothing goes wrong. When your order isn't right, correcting it can become quite disruptive. I ordered a bed for my daughter for Christmas. When the delivery was made we noticed that the footboard was cracked all the way through and the headboard also was cracked in addition to a bookcase having a deep scratch in it. Since we already disassembled her old bed I had them assemble it anyway and made arrangements for a replacement. When the replacement arrived it was also damaged but they also noticed damage in another piece that was hidden during the assembly. I then had to sit on the phone with customer care for over half an hour just waiting for her to find what pieces she needed to order for replacement. I then wait for my new delivery date only to find they scheduled it for 630am on a Saturday. I explain how that's too early to rip my 2yo daughter out of bed so I can clear out her room for them to replace her bed only to be told that they are not flexible on the times it is delivered and this is just how they do their deliveries. The local office then calls me to help clear up some confusion and we find out the customer care didn't order the correct pieces so they couldn't make the shipment anyway and I needed to call customer care myself to reschedule since if I didn't they would still need to show up and attempt the delivery. Finally I get a undamaged bed delivered over 3 weeks after the original delivery date only to find they forgot to put in one of the wooden dowel pins and they couldn't find where to drill the last screw so it was left out. I called customer care like I was told to discuss compensation for all of my inconveniences and the very best they were able to give me was a reimbursement of the delivery charge in the form of a Bobs gift card, requiring me to come back if I wanted to cash that in. I love the bed my daughter got but the whole ordeal was so frustrating and while they may have been sympathetic they were unwilling to budge on anything that was inconveniencing and frustrating me.

I was looking for an inexpensive 4 piece sectional sofa for the rec room that didn’t look inexpensive and Bob’s fit the bill. It can comfortably seat 5-6 people. Their protection plan is unbeatable. Delivery guys were professional, careful and in-and-out in no time.

My husband I had the pleasure of shopping at Bob's store in Racine this weekend and I just wanted to share with everyone that our experience with Jim, the sales manager was honestly one of the greatest shopping experiences of our life. He was very polite and answered all of our questions. We spent a lot of money and never once did it feel like we were in a commission or pushy environment. He took his time and explained everything efficiently. One of the reasons that I felt like this was a great experience is because he took the time at the end of the sale to give both my husband and I a compliment on how well behaved our 2 kids were. Trust me when I say I will tell everyone about this store and the wonderful team of employees that they have. If Jim is any type of indication on what kind of sales people he has then Bobs in Racine is in great hands for a long time.
