My girlfriend, Jenna McBride, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our sales associate Merissa Wilkins, did an amazing job and was very friendly and informative. Merissa gave us an amazing deal! Our families have previously purchased from mattress firm, and after being referred, we will definitely be lifelong customers. Mattress firm continues to show appreciation for returning customers. Most businesses only give the best deals to new customers and never show any appreciation to their loyal customers. Times are tough, so when loyal customers are able to get good deals too, it means a lot. Thanks again, we really appreciate your help Merissa!

Sarah was so helpful and informative when I finally decided to get a new mattress. She helped me figure out which firmness I actually preferred since my old one was 17 years old. She explained materials and construction. She understood my budget. She helped me find a really nice mattress, box spring and new frame. Her description of the delivery process was exact. It was very nice to have delivery narrowed down to a couple hour time frame so I didn't have to sit at home all day. The gentlemen who delivered could not have been nicer or more professional. It was the hottest day of the year but they still moved efficiently and quickly. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Went in to inquire about a new mattress set. Marissa was so helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions and explained the differences of the mattresses. The prices were really reasonable. Would highly recommend this place.

Very good customer service! Merissa was friendly and very helpful in finding me what was the best fit for me! They have great prices and good selection on mattresses. Would definitely recommend this place to people.
