Service here is exceptional! The print manager Mr Williams is the best! He is always willing to go the extra mile while upholding the highest level of professionalism. The store is clean and well organized. I highly recommend this store, as I rarely give 5 stars!!

No one seems to know what they are doing there. I bought a computer and had them install the software, I was told that the install would be done with in 24 hours, well 27 hours later it's still not done. I should of known that this was going to be a hassle when it took 3 people to check me out at the register. These employees have no clue what they are doing, your best to go somewhere else. It's not like they are busy I walked in and 4 employees are just standing around looking at the walls.

Clean store, good customer service: employees greet you, and ask if you need help finding anything. If you say no, they actually back off, and let you do your thing. They'll check back every so often, but not so often as to become annoying.
