I had a wonderful experience as a first time customer. Jose greeted me at the door and allowed me to look around but made himself available when I had questions. He was very knowledgeable, funny and professional. I purchased the Playscape and love everything about it. It’s super comfy and the material is easy to clean. Love knowing that if anything accidental happens, the 5 year good proof would fix it for me. I highly recommend shopping there. Ask for Jose!

My experience at Bob's Furniture in Salem, NH was so wonderful that I felt I needed to post a review. (And it is rare for me to ever post reviews!) Khalid, the store manager, is just the most helpful, customer oriented person I have probably ever encountered. He went far above and beyond to make sure I was happy and I just wanted to let him know how much I appreciate everything he did for me. He is truly an asset to this company. Bob's Furniture is very fortunate to have someone like him representing them. I am very happy with my whole experience here. I would absolutely come back again and would definitely recommend the store to a friend! I would also like to thank my sales person Sorangel for being equally wonderful to work with. Kudos to this team.. they truly get what it means to give great customer service!!

My wife and I had purchased two bedroom sets and a sectional. One of the bedroom sets mirror was damage and they had notified the store to send a replacement. After a few days I have not heard from the store. I called the store and they had no record of this. They ordered me a new mirror in a week later they came out to install it so I thought. The first two delivery guys had taken the hardware to mount the mirror so now they could not mount my mirror. I call Bob store and they said they will send one out in a few days. It’s been a week and a half. I will and no mounting this mayor on the back of the dresser this way I know will be done right and quickly.

I highly recommend the Salem New Hampshire Bob's Furniture. If you go there, ask for Corinne. She is the greatest sales associate. Not only is she professional, very efficient, and knowledgeable on the inventory of the whole store; in addition, she is the friendliest, and kindest. Her sense of humor is just an added bonus for a stressed out consumer. Corinne went out of her way to make sure we had everything exactly how we wanted it. I will always use her as my sales associate. Also, Kim, a manager who works at the desk, is very helpful. She is friendly, professional, and simply knows her stuff. She assisted us with a credit that was given to us as an end result of using the goof proof that we purchased. She answered any question I had whether by phone or in person and never once did I feel as though I was bothering her or taking up her time. Not only do I 100% give Corinne the highest of recommendations, but I can honestly say that it was because of her that we bought the furniture in the first place, when we walked into Bob's. I would also say that my return, after Goof Proof, was as easy as it could be, despite my overwhelmed mind, thanks to Corinne and Kim. We will most definetly be future customers. I'm absolutely 100% certain it will involve the exact same team I worked with; although I must say, every sales person at the Salem store was very helpful and friendly.

I am extremely unhappy with my furniture purchase. I bought the Discovery power reclining sofa and loveseat. I also bought the goof proof protection plan. My sales person did not give me a write up on the plan told me it would cover everything and they keep records now on the computer so you were all set. So we bought it. 11 months later I noticed 4 small holes in the fabric. I called the number on my receipt for the protection plan and they asked me what happened. I told them I have no idea. I walked into my family room one day and noticed the holes. I sent them a picture and they denied the claim. I talked to the manager and he told me to call Bob's and see if they would cover it because it looked like the fabric was bad. I called Bob's and after being on hold for ever they told me to send them a picture. They also denied the claim and told me if I bought the protection plan to call them. They have both put it off onto the other one and neither one will fix it. The protection company told me the reason why they denied the claim was because I did not know how it happened. If I told them I had a 3 year old and he stabbed the couch with a pencil they would fix it. But since I did not know they will not. No one told me ahead of time I had to make up a story to have it fixed. I was being honest. So I basically paid the $129.99 for nothing. The quality of the fabric is extremely poor. I would not recommend this couch to anyone and I would recommend you never buy the protection plan.
