A great trip to Bernie and Phyls of Nashua yesterday. Customer service at its best... Kevin provided impeccable service in helping us select the perfect mattress. Linda in furniture went out of her way locating matching lamps for our new bedroom nightstands. Great store setup inspiring decorating ideas, makes decision making (and less time furniture shopping) so much easier. Additional discounts was icing on the cake!

Outshines the others. We didn't feel like the prey among the salesman. The saleswoman spent at least 2-3 hours with us. We chose the most beautiful Amish made dining set. Thank you to Deborah Ann & the delivery young man. Bernie & Phyl's dotted their i(s) & crossed there t (s). Thank you for an exceptional purchase experience.

The Nashua store made our furniture purchase so easy. We had an idea what we were looking for and our sales person, Steve, was knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to make our final decision. There was no pressure, no question unanswered and our furniture arrived in time. Very satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this store.

We had a great experience at Bernie & Phyl's and would definitely recommend shopping there to friends and family. We purchased a recliner and sectional sofa in March, and have truly loved the pieces we bought. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable and spent a long time with us without rushing us. The delivery men were courteous and careful with our furniture, and assembled everything for us. We have had a loose spring, but people are coming directly to the house to check out the issue this week, and it will most likely be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We also had a concern about the extended warranty we purchased, but the store manager Brian spent time talking to me on the phone and correcting the issue. He was very patient, kind, and really cared about the customer experience. Not only are we still very pleased with the furniture, the all around customer experience has been wonderful so far and we were pleasantly surprised. It's hard to find companies who go above and beyond.

The sales staff were nice and didn't crowd me while I looked around. I already knew exactly what I wanted and had priced it out before returning for the second time but, the salesman I ended up purchasing through actually showed me some options and I got a better deal than I anticipated. And when I picked up my new furniture the guys down at the dock were friendly and prompt.
