Derek was great.  Zero pressure sales.  Can't ask for much more.  Answers every question honestly weather he thought we'd like the answer or not and that is more important than anything.  No deception.  Jonathan made sure we had no lingering questions at the end.   Smooth start to finish.  Anyone In the northern mass area looking for an easy time buying furniture, Derek at Bob's in Seabrook is a great go to.

Great products! Great service!  Everyone is always friendly and also knowledgeable on all the furniture. Great prices as well. Bought my sofa/recliner, bar stools and twin size bed frame. Love them all!

We loved going to this Bob's location. The customer service was excellent. We came in looking for a living room set that would fit our needs in our sunroom for game night and JD was able to help us find the perfect one, for the best price to fit our budget. Will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend this location to all my friends.

we had a great experience in the Seabrook store but delivery was a nightmare.  No one told us that our delivery could possibly be scheduled for 6AM!!  And for a BED! On a Saturday morning. As soon as I got the notice (2 days before delivery)  that were were scheduled for delivery between 6 and 10 am I called (and waited 30 minutes to talk to a human) to change to a later time. They told me they could only submit a "request " for a time change, and confirmed that we were scheduled as FIRST delivery of the morning. We were told we would hear the next day if our request was accommodated.  When I ask for a supervisor they transferred me and no on ever picked up. I then called the store and the manager was unable to accommodate me. Of course the delivery service never called the next day and I had to call and wait 30 minutes to talk to a person again.... and of course they refused to change the time.  They said we would have to schedule for another day and "HOPE" we didn't get 6 am again!   I mean who wants to get up at 5 am on the weekend to disassemble their bed to make room for the new one?  I'm too old for that )(@_(*&#!   ON TOP OF ALL THAT WE PAID OVER $350 FOR THE DELIVERY!!  I will never step in a Bobs store again. I will be calling Mattress Firm for free next day delivery - oh and they price match! 

DO NOT PAY FOR DELIVERY from BOBS - its no bargain.

Cheryl was delightful. She made the whole experience fun and non stressful. She helped us tremendously to narrow down our choices. Highly recommend Cheryl for your future purchases. Will definitely contact her for our next purchase.
